7) Qualifications for Entry
ⓛ The company should be registered in the Ministry of Science & Technology as a firm
which acquired qualifications, according to the Article No. 4 of Engineering Technology
Enhancement Law in the specialized fields of construction : Road & Airport, Soil &
Foundation, Transportation, City Planning, Water Development and should have the
technicians in each fields.
② The company registered as Public Measurement Work, following the Article No. 39 of
Measurement Law
③ The company registered as Electric Facilities' Design Work, according to the Article No.
14 of Electric Technology Management Law
④ The Joint Contract(Maximum of 2) is possible, according to the Article No. 25 of the Law
about Contracts against Nation
2. Time Limit
1) Distribution of Evaluation Guide and Inspection of Task Directions(Registration for
Participation)

2) Submission of Evaluation Papers about carrying out the Work

5) Working Period : 12 Months from Commencement
6) Budget : 1,370 Million Won (Including VAT)
7) Qualifications for Entry
ⓛ The company should be registered as a firm which acquired qualifications, according to
the Article No. 4 of Engineering Technology Enhancement Law and the Enforcement
Amendment No. 3 of the same law in the specialized fields of construction : Road & Airport,
Soil & Foundation, Transportation, City Planning, Water Development and should have the
technicians in each fields.

③ The company designated as Environmental Effect Evaluation Agency, according to the
Article No. 14 of Environmental Effect Evaluation Law
